
We are currently looking for skilled Telemed Support Agents in the East Rand areas to provide administrative support to our Registered Nurses. Key Tasks
Provide admin support to the clinical team.
- Verify and upload member details.
- Perform admin duties assigned by the clinical team.
- Maintain user-friendly filing, documentation control system for record keeping purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Research queries and issues.
- Prepare, generate, and distribute periodic reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Provide customer support.
- Service both Health and Medical Society members.
- Verify existing member’s portfolios, clarify information.
- Assist clients to access benefits related to the Medical Society App and product.
- Evaluate customer feedback and recommended improved service delivery.
- Retain members.
- Resolve queries.
- Take calls from the queue, respond to please call me and WhatsApp
Provide user support for the Medical Society Application.
- Provide technical support to the clinical team as and when required.
- Assist user with access and/or process queries related to the mobile apps (Medical Society).
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Promote the medical society application.
- Identify and recommended technological improvements to the application/organisation.
Achieve quality standard sales.
- Build customer relationships.
- Establish customers’ needs.
- Up sell products according to customer queries.
- Maintain high standard of product knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
- Matric
Essential Experience
- 1 year administration experience
- 1 year customer care experience
