
Salary: R8 500.00 – R9 000.00 Per Month

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues.
- Sending and receiving tenders and quotations
- Keeping record of drivers’ daily driving
- Keeping up to date with emails
- Answering the telephone
- Requesting and actioning specifications
- Following up and submitting insurance claims
- Digital filing
- Ordering stock
- Ordering and following up on safety files
- Opening new jobs on Buildsmart Portal
- Printing documents for supervisor
- Keeping up with BIBC compliance
- Searching and printing of medicals
- Keeping track of outstanding finishing schedules
- Generating monthly fuel reports
Candidate Requirements
Requirments:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience will be an advantage
- English (Fluent)
