A well established guesthouse based in Edenvale is seeking a Assistant Manager.

Duties:

• Coordinating activities for staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Assisting with reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Attending to the reception of clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handling any other reasonable job instruction issued by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Overseeing a team of 5 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Previous experience in Similar role (Advantageous)

Competencies:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and other administrative tasks.

Computer Literacy:

• MS Office (Outlook,Excel)
